ORA-00116 SERVICE_NAMES name is too long

Cause:
The service name specified in the SERVICE_NAMES initialization parameter is too long.

ORA-00000 to ORA-00899

    Use a shorter name for the SERVICE_NAMES value (less than or equal to 255 characters).
