Description:
Error while trying to open serial port using EJB to send and receive data.

Cause:
lib is not properly set in the correct directory

JAVA-EJB error, j, lrm-00118: syntax error at '=' at the end of input

Follow these steps:
1. Move javax.comm.properties to \jre\lib from \jre\lib\ext
2. Move win32com.dll to winnt\system32
