ejb has not been tested successfully

Description:
An error message that shows in the Testing tab of the EJB even the ejb has been deployed successfully as shown in the Weblogic console.
Cause:
Insufficient permission for file access
Add the java directory lib path that contains the following files in the classpath environment variable:
tools.jar
dependent jar
Grant sufficent file permissions.
